What are the import statuses and what do they mean?

  1. Updated: The update of the import was successful. The file was retrieved from the indicated address, mapped to the indicated system fields, and the data was uploaded to Inkspace. The "Updated" status may also be displayed if the import is empty, which is not an error, but we suggest that you check the source file defined in the import.
  2. Updating: Your import is being updated. The import update also forces an Inkspace update, which means that all exports will be updated.
  3. Failed: Products from the import labeled as "Failed" were not uploaded to Inkspace. This may mean that the source you indicated in your import is not available or its structure has changed so that it’s now necessary to correct the mapping. If you don't need this import anymore, simply delete it because it suspends Inkspace updates.
