How do I add e-mail notifications?

In your selected Inkspace, go to the “Settings” tab and choose the "Updates" section. 

Enter the e-mail address chosen for notifications in the "E-mail notifications" field and click the "Add" button. 

You don't have to confirm this action, the data is saved automatically.
