Adding URL tracking to selected products

Depending on our goals (whether it's running a promo campaign on one of our sales channels or wanting to track a certain group of products differently than others) we might want to assign custom URL tracking, which differs from the one in "Tracking" tab (which applies global changes to our import/export), if applied.

Step1: In order to assign custom URL tracking to selected products, we must first define how we will identify the products designated for the tracking. In the following example we selected products which were assigned with "bizuteria_all" in the "additional_categories" parameter (though more commonly you would used something like a list of IDs).

Step 2: TAKE "url" value (which corresponds to a product's URL) and Combine Value. Selecting this option allows us to create building blocks for selected value. In the example below we assigned custom URL tracking with both prepended and appended tracking codes. You may add as many building blocks as desired.

Step 3 (optional): If needed for campaign purposes (typically for Google or Facebook feeds) you may also want to assign the selected products under a specific custom label. In order to do that simply click on "add AND" and then:

TAKE "custom_label" (0-4) AND Set to value "bizuteria_all"
